Dashing Defragmenters has raised the stakes a little higher

Techlavya Dashing Defragmenters

Techlavya is back, and now it’s bigger and better than ever!

The presentation by Dashing Defragmenters was the first one after new entrants into the Supertronite family had been sorted into their respective teams. It was the ides of May, and the seamless performance by Dashing Defragmenters eased the tiresome week with the effort and dedication of its team members.

As the Mentor of the team Ms. Pragya Dey took the center stage, she started off the proceedings by introducing her team and explaining that for the first time in the history of Techlavya presentations, each member of her team (including her) was wearing an attire related to the colour of the team logo.Capitalizing on such a brilliant concept was an instant hit with the audience and they were surely hooked in for more.

First up was Ms. Madhumita Dutta with the first performance “Let the Tune play!” and she enthralled everyone on floor with her musical prowess. It was a real treat listening to her playing guitar notes of popular Bollywood songs from the 1960s to the recent time.

This stellar show of talent was followed by a presentation named “Open your Third Eye” conducted by Mr. Nirmalya Dutta where he went on to unravel the meanings hidden inside the logos of some of the most popular brands. The crowd was equally awed and impressed with the effort taken to capture these minutest details.

It was then up to Mr. Pratik Chanda and Ms. Pragya Dey to done the role of quiz-masters and start their presentation “Who Am I?” They gave out hints for the audience to guess the names of celebrities who have either born or died in the month of May. Every right answer was awarded with chocolates and quite naturally, there were smiles aplenty!

Just like the icing on a cake, it was Ms. Rituparna Mukherjee and Mr. Agnipravo Sengupta who wrapped up the performance by Dashing Defragmenters with their touching presentation “Respect Women”. Ms. Mukherjee recited a poem written by Mr. Sengupta on women empowerment.

Even the CEO, Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary, could not help but appreciate the excellent camaraderie between the team members and the final fruits of their labour. It was a complete group performance and as Techlavya is moving forward, Team Dashing Defragmenters has clearly raised the stakes a few notches higher!

The presentation by Fearless Firewalls will be remembered forever

Techlavya Fearless Firewalls

There is only word that can fittingly sum up the presentation by Fearless Firewalls – “Fabulous!”

Fearless Firewalls went on to do things that no other team has ever done before at a Techlavya event… and that effort itself was a winner from the start! Their entire presentation was of a single theme – ‘Nature and Women’. The beginning of their presentation with a skit and a trailer video was so natural and smooth that most people in the audience couldn’t even understand whether it was a performance or a casual conversation between the team members.

After the initial teaser that left everyone on the floor hungry for more, the Mentor Mr. Debarun Biswas and the Team Lead Mr. Avishek Bose started off the proceedings explaining the theme of their performance. They have beautifully created a presentation combining two of God’s most magnificent creations – the grace of Nature and the elegance of a Woman. However, this one was unlike the usual individual performances we have witnessed in Techlavya so far. For the first time ever, a team performed as one unit and wowed us every minutes.

The joint effort of Mr. Debarun Biswas (who clicked and assimilated the photographs) and Mr. Avishek Bose (who wrote an amazing poem about womanhood) formulated into a heart-warming video that took everyone by surprise! As the video ended, the other four members of the team Mr. Rajkumar Samanta, Mr. Rajib Das, Mr. Soumik Maity and Mr. Sanjib Ganguly came ahead to recite their pieces where they drew an exquisite parallel between the need of preserving nature and respecting women.

And yet this was not the end as there was a bigger surprise waiting! As Mr. Debarun Biswas and Mr. Avishek Bose took the stage again, it was time for their final act – singing a Rabindra Sangeet. To everyone’s amazement, their stellar performance literally knocked every sock off and even the CEO, Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary could not help but award this phenomenal effort with free movie passes.

Techlavya is moving forward, and every month, teams are coming up with innovative ideas that is helping to bring out hidden talents and potentials!

Responsive Rangers short and sweet presentation was truly one-of-a-kind

Short, crisp and engaging…that’s how we can summarize Responsive Rangers Presentation. It was a first day of the fourth week of March. The battle against “Monday Blues” was only half-won and Supertronites got their share of help with Responsive Rangers’ Presentation that enliven the spirit to a great deal!

Unlike what Supertronites witnessed before the previous presentations by Dynamic Dudes and Tireless Troubleshooters, Responsive Rangers did not spend much time in the Conference room, strategizing or rehearsing their part. And when they delivered it on the main stage, the flow was immaculate that got every single individual applauding and appreciating.

The presentation started off with the Mentor of the team inviting Team Dynamic Dudes and Team Tireless Troubleshooters members for a group activity. With inflated balloons placed between each other, the team members had to walk in que, without the balloons falling off! While Dynamic Dudes took the central passage,Tireless Troubleshooters members started walking from the left. There were a few fumbles initially, but in the end, both the teams performed quite brilliantly. Dynamic Dudes was declared the winner by Responsive Rangers mentor Ms. Payeli Sen Majumdar and the team walked off with bundles of chocolates!

The group activity was then followed by a short-quiz contest conducted by Mr. Somnath Dey of Responsive Rangers. Few simple questions were asked; while few questions went unanswered, a few Supertronites won chocolates for giving the right answers!

It was turn for the final performance and Ms. Menakshi came up. She recited a self-created poem and mesmerized everyone in the floor. It was not only her eloquence, but the poem itself that entailed the adversities of a woman and how the social taboos and structures have continued to subjugate women, supress them as the weaker sex.

Techlavya, moving ahead, is expected to expose more talent and skills lying dormant within Supertronites, which otherwise, would have always remained behind the curtains!

Tireless Troubleshooters presentation that amazed, enthralled and educated

Tireless Troubleshooters

Team Tireless Troubleshooters took off from the point where Dynamic Dudes left. The presentation, on 21st Feb. was marked by mind-boggling display of talent, knowledge sharing moments, quick-quiz contest and unadulterated fun. And it goes without saying, Team Tireless Troubleshooters lapped up sincere appreciation from everyone in attendance!

A teaser video of mere 30 seconds was circulated by Tireless Troubleshooters mentor a day before the event and it left everyone guessing! On the said date, their unique arrangements and props added to the thrill! Wild guesses were being made and everyone was speculating what was in store?

Team Mentor, Mr. Chintan Kotak started off the proceedings, with a small inspiring speech and later, summoned Tireless Troubleshooters Team Lead Ms. Sinchita Chowdhury. A music that was on for quite some time, got its due when Sinchita Chowdhury lent her voice to it! All the hush-hush suddenly faded into oblivion as her melodious voice spread an enchanting aura, casting a spell on everyone present!

Next up for Tireless Troubleshooters was Mr. Monojit Banik, who shared some wonderful facts about few of the websites that are intrinsic part of our daily life! His five minutes presentation brought forth some of the lesser known facts about Google and Facebook. No prizes for guessing, it was the most interesting and insightful five minutes of the day!

Mr. Karamjit Singh was the one who completely stole the show with his impromptu mimicry session! His enactment had him mimicking almost everyone in Supertron, right from the Project Manager Mr. Debarun Biswas, the HR Manager Ms. Payeli Majumdar, Executive Operations Ms. Paroma Kumar. He even did not spare his own team mentor, Business Analyst & Development Manager and impersonated his antics with élan. His act spread the riot of laughter in the floor and CEO, Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary could not stop flaunting his smiling face, either! His enactment was not only a beautiful one, but on a serious note, upheld one of the core aspects of ‘TechLavya’.  As the team mentor had put it in his speech before the act, the performance from Mr. Singh was a sneak-peek of the habitual scheme of things at Supertron Inoftech and he garnered overwhelming appreciation for his stupendous ability to observe things.

The team Tireless Troubleshooters had the significance of 21st February in mind! The date, which is revered as ‘Bhasha Dibosh’ in this part of the world was rightly honoured by this team. Mr. Surajit Panja, had a small quiz pertaining to ‘Bangla Bhasha’ (Bengali language). He wrote couple of common English words on the white board, asking Supertronites for the Bengali translation! There were guesses coming from here and there and the right answerer bagged chocolates, as an appreciative gesture!

Tireless Troubleshooters presentation had all the ingredients of etching an ever-lasting memory in the minds of the Supertronites. The event wrapped up with a speech of appreciation from the CEO, Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary, as he expressed his pride to have some wonderful talents on board. He also voiced his eagerness to be enthralled by some more extra-ordinary display of talents in days to come!
